Played golf with the the guys in the morning. Foggy and cool. Cleared to be sunny by the end. Shot an 87 (41-46).
Home to have lunch of leftover pasta and flavored drink. Got all our gear ready for a car-camp and a hike into Lake George at Mt Rainier Park.
Left home at 3:30. Went through Spanaway in thick traffic. Arrived at Sierra Creek Horse Camp close to 6:00pm. Noticed that Discover Pass now required but didn’t have ours. Set up camp anyway. A few other campers around. Was getting dark and tried to use the Primus lantern but valve would not work. Set up the folding couch and enjoyed Dragons Milk, cheese and crackers and snack mix. In the tent and lights off by 9:00.
